SHIPPING & RETURNS
DELIVERY
Once your order is placed, your products will be delivered to the shipping address you provided during the checkout process. For deliveries within the UK, we use trusted services such as DPD Local or UK Post Office Special Delivery, both of which require a signature upon delivery.
In the event that no one is available to sign for the package, the postal administration will hold onto it for a subsequent delivery attempt or for collection by the recipient.
For international orders, we utilize DHL EXPRESS for shipping. You may receive direct communication from our courier, their partners, or Customs regarding your shipment. To ensure smooth delivery and to avoid any delays or additional charges, please provide the full name of the recipient in the delivery address.
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, additional taxes, or expenses incurred due to compliance with foreign regulatory requirements or laws. The customer or recipient will be responsible for payment of any such duties, taxes, or expenses in addition to the cost of delivery. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We advise contacting your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order.
For customers whose order value exceeds 500GBP (excluding tax), we offer DHL FREE SHIPPING. Please note that all taxes and duties are payable by the recipient. Any additional fees resulting from the recipient's refusal to accept the shipment delivery or from providing incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in extra charges.
Please be aware that DHL currently only accepts shipments addressed to businesses in Russia. For assistance with shipments to Russia or China, please contact customer services.
Shipments to Russia and China may require upfront payment of customs and duties or may need to be sent via alternative international tracked and signed services, depending on the total order value.
The fulfilment of orders may be subject to further payment authorization requests, and Lab Accident reserves the right to cancel or postpone shipping if these requests are not completed.
As all items are handmade to order, we ask customers to understand that our normal guideline for shipping products within 7 working days from the point of credit clearance and address verification may be extended. We reserve the right to extend this period if necessary, and you will be notified by email in such cases.
Lab Accident will notify you of any delays to your order.
For goods delivered outside of the EU, the consignee (i.e., the recipient of the consignment) will be the declarant and importer into the destination country. The consignee will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (e.g., as a gift), you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) constitutes evidence of delivery and completion. Fleet Ilya shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
RETURNS
Products may only be returned or exchanged in the event of a manufacturing fault. Under such circumstances, goods may be returned within seven days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
The return must be approved by Lab Accident and can be discussed via email as detailed below.
The return must be sent exactly as advised by Lab Acciden.
Lab Acciden will not accept any returns sent through customs incorrectly, which may incur customs charges.
Lab Acciden will not cover the costs of returns or duties and taxes incurred upon return unless otherwise agreed in writing by Lab Acciden.
The product must be new, unused, with the original label and tags, and in its original bag and packaging. It must be returned within 30 days after purchase.
The return must be sent exactly as advised by Lab Acciden.
Lab Acciden will not accept any returns sent through customs incorrectly, which may incur customs charges.
Lab Acciden will not cover the costs of returns or duties and taxes incurred upon return unless otherwise agreed in writing by Lab Acciden.
The product must be new, unused, with the original label and tags, and in its original bag and packaging. It must be returned within 30 days after purchase.
If it is determined that the product was indeed faulty, Lab Accident will offer a refund (less shipping costs) via the original payment method or cover the new delivery costs for an exchange. Lab Accident will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns, excluding weekends, public holidays, and bank holidays.
